"Created Equal"

So God created mankind in His own image, in the image of God He created them; male and female He created them.  

Genesis 1:27 NKJV

We are told that in the beginning, during God's creation, we were created in the image of God. As we enter into Sanctity of Human Life weekend, how do we view our lives and the lives of others? Do we feel superior to others, like we are better, wiser, faster, better-looking, like we just get it and they don't? Do we feel we are gods, or that we live with God as a roommate? 

How about when we look at people that see the world differently than we do? How do we look at the unborn or the mentally challenged? How about widows and orphans? If we claim to be followers of Christ, then how we view human life is critical! This weekend, we are entering the second chapter of the letter to the Romans with the Holy Spirit of God at Friendship Community Church, so invite a friend or family member and come out and be blessed by the message on being "Created Equal".
