"Shelter for the Homeless"

Proverbs 14:31 ESV ~ Whoever oppresses a poor man insults his Maker, but he who is generous to the needy honors him.

When we read Proverbs it is the wisdom of God given to Solomon to give to the children of Israel and to the world.  So we can see that we honor God when we are generous to the needy.  There are days to where we can be challenged to help a family member, co-worker or a stranger.  How we respond, is what tells the world we are followers of Christ or someone or something else.

This week at Friendship we are going to explore what Shelter for the Homeless means and how we can help individually and as a Body of Christ in Dover, Pa.
