Forever Faithful

How long does it take to forget the faithfulness of God? A minute? A day? A generation? For some of us, it could be an argument, a broken promise by someone we love, a cruel word by someone we don't even know, a football game, too much wine, some drug or addiction, or a political party or candidate that causes us to forget. But one thing is for sure: our heavenly Father is "Forever Faithful". He is always there, waiting for us to realize it! In the Old Testament, God sent the prophet Hosea to share that message with the children of God for over 50 years to the divided kingdoms of Israel and Judah. This week at Friendship, we are going to explore the Book of Hosea and hopefully learn some valuable lessons from it, including the reality that we must never forget about His faithfulness and how much He loves us - ALL of US! I urge you to read Hosea to get a head start and a deeper understanding of His love! It really is a GREAT LOVE STORY - a Godly love story and not a worldly one!
